It has been the best thing I’ve ever done for my body and my mind and my soul and my music and my family and my well being and…well you get the idea. I never imagined, four years ago when I was having such trouble with my back, that I’d be doing back bends and arm stands like I could do when I was a teenager. I never thought I’d be running 4 to 5 miles at a time again either. I don’t feel like I’ll be 50 in just a few short months. I feel the best I’ve felt in a long time. I wonder how I’ll feel at sixty? Bring it on!
